Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Tensor browser extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use Tensor.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and MingLLM regarding your use of Tensor and all related services.

License

Tensor is provided as a free browser extension. Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use Tensor for personal purposes
• Install and use Tensor for commercial purposes within your organization
• Create and share workflows built with Tensor

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension, or attempt to derive its source code.

Your Responsibilities

When using Tensor, you are responsible for:

• API keys — Safeguarding any API keys you configure. We store them locally but cannot protect them from malware or unauthorized access to your device.
• Agent actions — Any actions taken by AI agents you configure, including browser automation, form submissions, and data interactions.
• Website compliance — Ensuring your use of Tensor complies with the terms of service of websites you interact with.
• Data accuracy — Verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content before relying on it for decisions.

AI-Generated Content

Tensor integrates with third-party AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, and Ollama. Content generated through these providers is subject to their respective terms of service and usage policies.

MingLLM does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for AI-generated outputs. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You should always review and verify AI-generated content before acting on it.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Tensor to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Harm, harass, threaten, or intimidate any person or entity
• Bypass security measures, authentication systems, or access controls on websites
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data in violation of website terms of service
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of any website or service

Disclaimer of Warranties

Tensor is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that Tensor will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MingLLM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Damages arising from AI agent actions or automation errors
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Service interruptions or extension failures
• Actions taken by third-party AI providers

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the use of Tensor (which, as a free extension, is zero).

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may notify you through the extension's changelog.

Your continued use of Tensor after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, please discontinue use and uninstall the extension.
