Include these details

  • macOS version and MingHelper version
  • Which mode was active: Chat, Screen Copilot, Tutorial Mode, or Zoom Coach
  • Whether Screen Recording, Speech Recognition, and Accessibility were enabled
  • Whether the issue happens every time or only on a specific app or page
  • A screenshot or short reproduction note when possible

Common setup blockers

  • Missing OpenAI API key
  • Screen Recording not granted yet
  • Speech Recognition not granted for audio transcription
  • Accessibility not enabled for better Tutorial Mode snapping
  • First-time Screen Recording changes may require a relaunch
